Terms of Scheduling and Payments
Please read the below information in its entirety.
1. Cancellation / No Show Policy For All Appointments (in-Person and Online)
If you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family, a one-time no-show allowance will be applied to your package. Beyond that, all cancellations and requests to reschedule must be made 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, they will count as a session.
2. Late Appointments
Unplanned delays can happen. If you are going to be late for your appointment, please send a text message to 858.337.3535 to notify Haleh. Your session begins at the time of your appointment. So if you’re late for 15-minutes, you will receive a 45-minute session. All delays beyond 30-minutes will be considered as no-show and count as a session.
3. Payment for Sessions
Your coaching package consists of pre-paid sessions as stated in your proposal. These sessions are non-transferrable and are for one person only. Your package includes The ULT assessment to be processed while you’re within your available block of time with Haleh.
All business clients must pay-in-advance for all business coaching services.
You must accept the terms before booking your session.
